LAND DRAINAGE BYELAWS
Byelaws Include:
- No buildings, hedges, fences, trees, hardstandings or septic tanks
within 9 metres of a Board's watercourse without the Board's special permission.
- No interference with, obstructions placed or damage caused to a watercourse
or structure under control of the Board.
- Control of Introduction of Water &
increase in flow or Volume of Water
LAND DRAINAGE BYELAWS
The Minister of Agriculture,
Fisheries and Food, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by section 66
of, and paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 to, the Land Drainage Act 1991, HEREBY CONFIRMS
these byelaws. IN WITNESS whereof the Official Seal of the Minister of Agriculture,
